Returns
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
This policy is in place to maintain the safety and integrity of our skincare products.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement of the same item, or a comparable substitute if the original is no longer available.
