Thank you for choosing Crema Skin. By booking and receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please take a moment to review them before your appointment.
General Information
Crema Skin is a professional skincare studio based in Maine, offering a range of services including facials, chemical peels, waxing, acne treatments, and more. Our mission is to provide high-quality, results-driven treatments in a clean, relaxing, and respectful environment.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking platform or by contacting us directly. You’ll receive a confirmation via email or text message once your booking is complete.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in a denial of future service.
Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and cash.
All services must be paid for in full at the time of your appointment.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for services rendered or products purchased.
If you have any concerns during your service, please let us know so we can address them in real time.
Medical Disclaimer
By receiving services, you acknowledge that:

Minors
Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian to receive any service.
Client Conduct
We maintain a safe and respectful space for all. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal and denial of future services.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of other clients.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal and treatment-related information is kept strictly confidential. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection of necessary information (such as contact details and treatment history) for service delivery and recordkeeping purposes. We will never share or sell your information.
Policy Updates
Crema Skin reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or made available in the studio.
